The Horizontal Baler is one of the key pieces of equipment in a municipal solid waste (MSW) sorting system. It is used to compress recyclable materials such as waste paper, cardboard boxes, plastic bottles, and plastic bags.
The Horizontal Baler primarily consists of a mechanical system, control system, feeding system, and power system. The entire baling process includes auxiliary stages such as compression, return stroke, pushing, and discharge.
