This machine mainly rewinds large rolls of paper into small trays with a diameter of less than 350mm, which can automatically replace large rolls of paper and spray glue automatically, automatic perforation, automatic embossing; easy operation and maintenance, mainly used in public restrooms and bathrooms.

Working principle
1. Loading of large rolls of paper
Large roll feeding: Place large rolls of paper (usually wide and large rolls) at the feeding position of the machine.
Automatic roll change: When the large roll of paper is used up, the machine will automatically identify and switch to a new large roll of paper to ensure uninterrupted production.
2. Rewinding process
Automatic rewinding: The machine rolls the large roll of paper into small rolls of paper through a drive device. According to the set paper width and diameter, the paper roll will be evenly rewound into a small roll of paper of appropriate size.
Adjusting tension: During the rewinding process, the machine will control the tension of the paper to ensure that the paper is not too loose or too tight to achieve the ideal paper quality.
3. Automatic glue spraying
Glue coating: During the paper rewinding process, the machine will automatically spray a certain amount of glue as needed, usually to glue the edges of the paper to prevent the paper from separating during use. The glue spraying system usually accurately controls the amount of glue to ensure the quality of the paper and no waste.
4. Automatic perforation
Perforation system: At the appropriate position of the paper roll, the machine will use a perforating device to punch the paper. The purpose of punching is usually to facilitate the tearing of paper towels, making the paper more convenient and smooth when used.
5. Cutting and tray separation
Cutting device: After the paper towel reaches the set length, the machine will automatically cut it to form a suitable length of paper towel.
Disc separation: The rewound paper towel will be cut into appropriate lengths and rolled into small rolls of paper. The diameter is generally not more than 300mm, which meets the use requirements of public toilets.
6. Automatic unloading
Finished product unloading: When a small roll of paper is completed, the machine will automatically unload it and place the next roll of paper in the processing position.
7. Automatic monitoring and adjustment
Automatic monitoring system: The machine is usually equipped with an automatic monitoring system that can detect the operating status of the equipment in real time, including the tension of the paper, the spraying of glue, etc., to ensure the stability and reliability of the production process.
Automatic adjustment function: According to the monitored data, the machine can automatically adjust the working parameters (such as tension, glue spraying amount, etc.) to ensure the quality of each roll of paper.
