The Shaftless Drum Screen is derived from the definition of a shaftless drum screen. It primarily consists of an electric motor, reducer, drum assembly, frame, legs, safety seal guard, feed hopper, discharge hopper, and discharge chute.

The Shaftless Drum Screen is suitable for screening various materials such as construction waste, household waste, building debris, decomposed waste, stone, coal, furnace slag, and mineral slag, regardless of particle size.

The drum assembly is supported by four polyurethane rollers and installed at an angle of 6-8° on the frame. The motor is connected to the drum assembly via a reducer, rollers, and a coupling, driving the drum assembly through friction. When materials enter the drum, the inclined and rotating drum causes the materials on the screen surface to flip and roll. Qualified materials (screen undersize products) are discharged through the drum screen openings, while unqualified materials (screen oversize products) are discharged from the drum's end. By adjusting the screen opening diameter and screen section length, multi-stage screening (from small to large) can be achieved.

Due to the flipping and rolling of the material inside the drum, material stuck in the screen holes is ejected, preventing screen hole blockage. Additionally, vibration hammers can be installed inside the screen drum to prevent blockage, or hard bristles or whipping devices can be installed outside the screen drum to prevent blockage.

The shaftless design prevents large soft materials from becoming entangled.

Variable-frequency adjustable drum speed enhances operational safety.

Screening screens can be made from wear-resistant steel plates with punched or laser-cut holes (hole diameter 20–150 mm) or from manganese wire mesh (hole diameter 0.1–20 mm), offering a long service life. Wear-resistant steel plate screens and laser-cut screens can also be custom-made in sections for easy replacement by a single person.

The screen cylinder is inclined at 6-8°, ensuring high screening efficiency and large processing capacity.
