1000pcs per hour egg tray machine is a kind of machine which absorbs paper pulp-the raw material, on the surface of mould by vacuum to get various shape and ratio of wet and dry by regulating time. Working principle
Moulded pulp egg trays produce egg trays through the following steps:
1.Pulping: Put waste paper and water into a pulper and stir for 20 minutes to form pulp.
2.Molding: The pulp is injected into the molding machine by the pump, and the excess water is removed by vacuum adsorption and mechanical extrusion to form the shape of the egg holder.
3.Drying: Use hot air or natural drying to set the egg tray. Drying methods can be selected: box drying (suitable for small production egg tray machine), brick kiln drying and multi-layer metal drying.
4.After finishing: automatic stacking machine, hot press shaping machine, egg baler
