Working principle
The wet wipe machine unwinds the non-woven fabric substrate through the unwinding device, forms a multi-layer structure through the folding mechanism, sprays disinfectant or skin care lotion through the precise impregnation system, then cuts it into single pieces, stacks and counts it through servo positioning, and finally automatically packs and seals it. The integrated PLC and sensor control the tension, liquid volume and speed to ensure uniform humidity, sealing and leak-proof, meeting medical or daily hygiene standards.
