The paper straw machine is a device specially used to produce paper straws. Working principle
The paper straw machine conveys environmentally friendly paper tape through the unwinding device. After the glue is evenly applied by the glue coating system, the paper tape is spirally or parallely wound on the core shaft by the precision tube winding mechanism. The glue layer is cured by hot air or UV and then cut into sections. The automated control system adjusts the tension, speed and tube diameter to ensure that the straw wall thickness is uniform and the interface is firm, meeting food-grade hygiene standards and strength requirements.
