Product description
The small sealing machine is mainly used with small packaging sealing machines such as roll paper and napkin paper. It is simple and convenient to operate. Adjust the temperature switch according to the thickness of the packaging film until the sealing effect is satisfactory. Stick the packaging film to be sealed to the heating wire to complete the sealing. Pay attention to safety when sealing and do not touch the heating wire with your hands to avoid burns.
Working principle
1.Heating：After the machine is powered on, the internal transformer converts the input voltage into a current suitable for heating.The sealing part is heated to an appropriate temperature through the heating wire or heating strip to fuse the sealing material.
2.Sealing pressure
The operator places the tissue packaging bag into the heated seal position of the sealer.By adjusting the pressure or time control knob, ensure that the sealing area is evenly heated and firmly pressed.
3.Hot melt bonding
The machine uses heat and pressure technology to melt and bond the sealing layer material of the packaging bag.After a short heating, the sealing part of the packaging bag is fused to form a tight seal.
4.Cooling and shaping
The machine turns off the heating, and the sealing part gradually solidifies as the temperature drops, ensuring good sealing.The sealed part will not crack easily after cooling, ensuring the integrity of the packaging.
