The napkin packaging machine is a semi-automatic packaging machine for soft drawers, napkins, and square wraps. It can automatically seal, cut, and blow waste after manual bagging. The same machine can package products of various specifications.
Working principle
1.Paper towel conveying & stacking：
The tissues delivered from the napkin machine enter the sorting station of the packaging machine through the conveyor belt.The machine will automatically shape and align according to the set quantity to ensure that each pack of tissues is of the same size.
2.Wrapping & Unwrapping：
The machine pulls the packaging material from the film roll.The packaging film positioning system ensures that the film is accurately sized after unrolling and wrapped around the tissue.
3.Sealing & Cutting：
The transverse and side sealing devices use heat sealing technology to seal the packaging film.The cutting system cuts the packaging according to the set size to form an independent finished product.

1. Adopt PLC computer programming control, LCD text display parameters, realize human-computer dialogue, and control more accurately
2. The packaging and sealing effect is beautiful and neat, and the control positioning is accurate
3. The whole machine has a reasonable structure, stable performance, solid materials, and water-cooled heating wire protection, making the heating wire and high-temperature resistant tape durable
4. Double or single machine head operation is optional, sensing first and then working, making the operation safer for workers
