Product description
The napkin machine uses small rolls of toilet paper as raw materials, and processes them into square or rectangular napkins through embossing, folding, electronic counting, and cutting. The production process is automatic embossing and folding, and no manual folding is required. In addition, the pattern of the napkin can be made into various clear and beautiful patterns according to user needs.

Working principle
1.Unwinding of base paper:
The machine feeds the large roll of base paper (mother roll) into the production line through the unwinding mechanism.The tension control system ensures that the paper is evenly unrolled to avoid wrinkles or tears.
2.Embossing (optional):
Various patterns are printed on the paper through the embossing roller to improve the appearance and water absorption.Some high-end napkins can also be printed in two colors.
3.Folding:
Use mechanical or pneumatic folding mechanism to fold the paper in a set way.The folding method affects the final unfolding method and ease of use of the napkin.
4.Cutting and forming:
The folded paper is cut into set sizes by a slitting knife, such as common square or rectangular napkins.During the cutting process, the photoelectric counting system ensures the accurate number of napkins in each pack.
5.Counting, conveying & stacking:
After cutting, the paper is sent to the collection area via a conveyor belt and automatically stacked into the specified quantity.The machine automatically counts the quantity to ensure that the number of napkins in each pack is consistent when packaging.
