In July 2021, a Saudi client approached us for a facial tissue machine production line. The client’s requirements included producing facial tissues sized at 200*200mm, achieving a machine speed of up to 180 meters per minute, incorporating embossed patterns on the final product, and using carton packaging for the finished goods.

Our Tailored Solution and Communication Process:

1. Machine Configuration:

Based on the client’s production requirements and budget, we equipped them with a 4-row automatic facial tissue machine (including embossing pattern customization) and two semi-automatic carton packaging machines. This setup ensured the desired output while staying within the client’s budget.

2. Customized Embossing Design:

The client provided design drawings for the embossing patterns, and we customized the embossing roller accordingly.

3. Pre-Shipment Inspection:

Before the final payment, we shared an inspection video of the machine and confirmed the embossing effect on the final product.

After the client’s confirmation, the shipment was arranged in early September 2021.
