1. Site Preparation
• Complete slurry pool construction
• Harden and level the installation area
2. Hydrapulper Setup
• Position the hydrapulper according to the approved layout diagram
• Align the pulp outlet to discharge directly into the storage tank
3. Agitation System Configuration
• Install a 900mm-diameter agitator in the pulping tank
• Transfer adjusted pulp to the pre-emptive tank (machine-front tank)
• Equip the pre-emptive tank with:
✓ 1500mm-diameter agitator
✓ Slurry pump
4. Pipeline Connections
◆ Slurry Pump → Molding Machine:
• Connect pump outlet to molding machine inlet B
◆ Molding Machine Ports:
• Outlet A (overflow): Return pipe to pre-emptive tank
• Inlet D: Air compressor supply line
• Inlet C/E: Vacuum pump supply line
5. Vacuum & Air Systems
• Position vacuum pump and air compressor per site conditions
• Connect vacuum pump intake to water reservoir via pipeline
6. Operational Verification
• Confirm all connections are pressure-tight
• Perform dry-run test before pulp introduction
